Role Overview:
We’re seeking a Junior QA Engineer with 1+ years of experience in software quality assurance. You’ll develop and execute test plans, perform manual and automated testing, and work closely with the development team to deliver high-quality software products. Experience in project management is a plus and will give you an edge in coordinating and improving testing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute test plans and test cases for software products.
• Conduct manual and automated testing to ensure product quality.
• Collaborate closely with developers to identify, report, and resolve defects.
• Participate in designing and implementing testing methodologies and procedures.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Document and report test results and defects accurately.
• Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (not mandatory if you have proven experience).
• 1+ years of experience in software quality assurance testing.
• Experience with both manual and automated testing.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and processes.
• Familiarity with programming languages such as C#.
• Knowledge of SQL and experience with databases.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Agile software development methodologies.
• Experience with test automation frameworks like Selenium, TestNG, or JUnit.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter or LoadRunner.
