About the Role

We’re seeking a motivated Software Engineer (2–3 years experience) to join our growing team. If you love problem-solving, writing clean and efficient code, and continuously learning new technologies, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and implement software applications in collaboration with the team.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Maintain clear and concise documentation.
• Learn and adapt to new tools, technologies, and methodologies.
• Follow instructions, manage priorities, and meet deadlines effectively.
• Uphold ethical behavior and company policies.
• Work efficiently in an Agile development environment.
  

What We’re Looking For

Educational Background:

• B.Sc. in Computer Science/Engineering or related fields (other backgrounds considered if you demonstrate strong expertise).

Experience:

• 2–3 years of professional experience in software engineering.

Technical Skills:

• Strong knowledge of C# programming and .NET Core / ASP.NET Core.
• Experience building RESTful APIs and enterprise web applications.
• Hands-on knowledge of Angular (or other modern front-end frameworks).
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred; AWS/Google Cloud also valuable).
• Familiarity with Docker and containerized application deployment.
• Solid understanding of design patterns, algorithms, and data structures.
• Proficiency with Git (branching, pull requests, conflict resolution, code review).

Soft Skills:

• Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
• Strong debugging and problem-solving abilities.
• A team-oriented mindset with a collaborative attitude.

In this round, you will exhibit your platform-specific and system-design skills.
Step 3 – Behavioral and Leadership Round:
This is the most important round in our interview process. You will be judged on how you interact with your team members, conflicts, and unwanted situations if arise.
